'Crust & Craft Pizzeria had a simple vision: to introduce genuine Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Rossi family birthed our pizza house in 1985, beginning as a quaint, family-led venue boasting recipes passed down for generations.

Marco Rossi, our trailblazer, acquired her pizza crafting skills on her Italian sojourns, particularly mastering the craft with Naples' finest pizza makers, where pizza first began. Bringing her expertise back to the UK, she aimed to replicate traditional Italian pizza perfection, prioritizing classic techniques and premium ingredients.

Our once small 12-seater has evolved into a cherished local treasure; however, our dedication to supreme quality and originality stands firm. Traditional wood-fired ovens still bake our daily-made dough, using only the best ingredients available.

Remaining under the ownership of the Rossi lineage, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is now under the stewardship of the second generation, continuing the legacy with a team that's equally enthusiastic. Embracing advancements, we've held onto our essence: dishing out delectable, traditional pizza that unifies folks.
